Machine vision is a camera-based technology used to provide imaging-based automatic inspection and analysis such as automatic inspection, quality assurance, process control, identification, measurements and robot guidance. All types of visual inspections camera are possible with a single device. Multiple cameras with variety of resolutions from 0.3MP and up to 21MP connected to a single controller. The extremely high resolution is used for reliable microscopic flaws detection, or an extra-large field of view. The system supports also high-speed 2D and 3D laser scanner to process 3D images (LJ-V series) and provide turn-key measuring and 3D inspection applications.
