Optical Data Transmission
Hokuyo’s optical data transmission transfer data communication through infrared light beam, with high noise immunity and reliability. A whole system will include a pair of devices working as full-duplex, bidirectional-transmission and half-duplex parallel communication. Applications in the factory automation uses those devise to transfer data between station and distant station such as mobile transport unit, Autonomous vehicle, cranes, vacuum chambers etc.
